Magnolia - Happy Tilda. Tag card for Birthday.
It's been a while since I made any Magnolia stamped cards. I bought this "Happy Tilda" stamp recently and just had to ink it up! Love the joyful, happy expression on this one! :)
This is a Birthday card - and a tag card. I've never made exactly this style of card before. It is always fun to try out something new! :)
I have coloured the image with Distress inks - it's been a while since I used my distress inks, too!...
Papers from Basic Grey. Prima flowers. Sentiment stamp from Ladybug and Friends: "It's your day today!". I used a Stempelglede stamp to make the areas with spots, along edges, for an even more shabby/vintage look. Distressed edges; Vintage Photo distress ink. I've used my sewing machine. The tag on the front is a recycled one that followed a pair of jeans I bought about a month ago.
Here's the inside:
I found the tutorial for this tag card on the Whiff of Joy Inspiration and Tutorial blog.
The back, with personalized stamp.
Close-up on Happy Tilda.
A bit dark, this photo, I know...but it's pitch black outside now (evening and past 9pm here with me). It's difficult to get a good close-up then. :)
I have followed this sketch on the Just Magnolia challenge blog:
and enter my card into the Just Magnolia week 72 challenge: Dawny's sketch.
I also enter it into the following challenges:
Have a splendid week, with Monday coming up tomorrow!!
